I'm very happy there's an extra light mayonnaise available in the UK so I can treat myself to some delicious low fat Skagen crumpets!

I don't usually eat fruit nowadays, but I made this apple pie/crumble using One Casien - Cookie Dough for dessert on my carb day. I find it harder to do great low fat desserts, but this one was really yummy! I even made some vanilla custard mixing One Whey - French Vanilla with a little milk and some extra vanilla extract.

Most people say that they got a sweet tooth and that they find it hard to stay away from temptations while trying to eat healthy. I think few people have a bigger sweet tooth than me though and that’s why I constantly experiment with making clean desserts/desserts that work well in my diet. On my low carb days I eat more fat, making possible for me to have one of my favorite treats, cheesecake. During the last couple of weeks I’ve experimented with different flavoured crust free protein cheesecakes.

How do these flavours sound?

- Pistachio & Coconut Cheesecake

- Saffron & White Chocolate Vanilla Cheesecake with Roasted Peanuts

- Rocky Road Cheesecake

- Vanilla Cardamom Cheesecake with Coconut Oil & Cardamom Sauce

- Milk Chocolate & Gingerbread Cheesecake

All made with different flavored whey protein from Fitnessguru together with Philadelphia light,  half fat crème fraiche, eggs, different types of spices, cocoa powder and sweeteners (xylitol, stevia or sucralose).
